Terms of service
These terms apply when you use this website, the LEMMA web demo, or buy LEMMA from SummonSound. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or buy the software.
01Who these terms are with
This website and LEMMA 001 are provided by Advait Karnatak, a Sole Proprietorship trading as SummonSound, of 17-C, Heritage Divine, Street No. 5, Gyan Khand-2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, India. Udyam registration UDYAM-UP-29-0254104. The business is not currently registered for GST; prices are shown accordingly and this will be updated if that changes.
02Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live in order to buy. If you are buying on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
03Using the website and the web demo
The website and the browser demo are provided for you to look at and try. The demo mixes video clips supplied by us; it is visual only, it does not listen to audio, and it does not accept uploads.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not scrape, redistribute or republish the clips, images or copy on this site.
- Do not present the site or the software as your own.
04Purchases
LEMMA 001 is a digital product. Buying it grants you a license to use the software under the software license; it does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
Prices are shown on the buy page. The amount charged is set by our server at checkout, and the currency depends on the payment method you choose. Taxes may be added where they apply.
A purchase is complete only when the payment provider confirms it to our server. A message in your browser saying a payment went through is not, by itself, confirmation.
05Delivery
Delivery is digital and is described in the digital delivery policy. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped.
06Refunds
Refunds are covered by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
07License and account misuse
Your license key is yours. Sharing, reselling or publishing it, or using it to distribute the software, is a breach of these terms and of the software license, and we may cancel the license if it happens.
08Intellectual property
SummonSound, LEMMA, the SummonSound mark, the software, the bundled clips, and the design and copy of this website belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
Video you make with LEMMA using your own footage is yours. We claim no rights over your output.
09Third-party services
Payments are handled by Razorpay and Stripe under their own terms. We are not responsible for how those services operate, but we will help you sort out anything that goes wrong with a purchase made through them.
10Availability
We try to keep the site and the demo available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website — including the web demo — at any time.
11Warranties and disclaimers
The website and the web demo are provided as they are. The software is provided under the warranty terms in the software license. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Nothing here excludes any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
12Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost bookings, or lost or corrupted data arising from your use of the website or the software.
Where we are liable, our total liability for any claim connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
13Termination
We may end your right to use the website or a license if you materially breach these terms. You can stop using the site and the software at any time.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by Laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
